Scope of work completed:

• 1no. Launch shaft of 7.2m diameter and depth of 13m installed in silty clay and shale ground conditions.
• 1no. Reception shaft of 5.5m diameter and depth of 13m installed in silty clay and shale ground conditions.
• Installation of 540m of 1200mm casing pipe by Microtunnel under 23 lanes of live traffic on one of North Americas busiest highways Highway 401.
• On completion of the tunnelling works, the continuously welded steel casing and C300 WM with externally welded joints installed and grouted inside the tunnel casing.
